RETURN AND CANCELLATION

Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges only in extreme circumstances.

Cancellations

1. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added to your request. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website. If you wish to receive a refund instead, any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be borne by you and will be deducted from the total before the refund.
2. Only unstitched garments (saris, suit fabrics, and dupattas) are eligible for cancellations.

Returns

1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
2. Apparel/garments and fabrics cannot be returned.
3. Your return request should be sent by email to contactus@paridhaanamonline.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for returns.
4. If your parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at contactus@paridhaanamonline.com & call at +91-8882383154.
5. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3.
6. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine it and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 5 working days. Upon receipt of authorization, the product must be couriered back in its original packing to Paridhaanam at the address below within 5 days.
7. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
8. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
9. You may choose to get a full refund in store credits or on your original credit/debit card. Return shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply for card refunds. We will initiate the refund process within 7 working days, but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities.
